Dr. Pablo Ledesma has been practicing veterinary medicine for over 25 years. His passion for animals began at a very young age when growing up on a large animal farm. Dr. Ledesma was born and raised in the Dominican Republic; this is where he met his wife at the College of Veterinary medicine. In the early 1990s Dr. Ledesma and his family came to the United States and have been living in South Florida ever since. Dr. Ledesma is the proud father of five children and seven grandchildren. He is also the proud owner of a Doberman named Kimba and a few kitty cats at home. 

Dr. Darian Ledesma developed her passion for animals and medicine after growing up working at animal hospitals and around both her veterinarian parents. She decided to attend veterinary school at Ross University on the island of Saint Kitts and completed her clinical year at the University of Florida. 

Since then, Dr. Darian has practiced in both general and emergency medicine. She is excited to be working alongside her father at Quiet Waters Animal Hospital where she can apply her skills doing what she loves and providing her patients with the utmost care.  

When Dr. Darian isn’t at work, she is spending time with her dog, Kimba, a Doberman Pinscher.

Sergio has been with us for the past 9 years. He is a licensed paramedic with a business administration degree but after completing his education he found he had a love for animals. He is the proud owner of a chihuahua named Nacho.

Danielle is Dr. Ledesma's youngest daughter, she has been working for Quiet Waters Animal Hospital since the age of 15. She knew early on in life she wanted to grow up and work in the vet space alongside her family. She has worked in all the support positions in the clinic. She oversees the Team and helps with all departments . What she loves most about her job is helping keep pets as healthy as can be, but she also cherishes the human-animal bond and views veterinary medicine as a path to also improving the well being of the people around them! 

Dagmar has been working in the Vet field for many years. Her love for pets has been what drives her day by day. She is dedicated to ensuring each visit runs smoothly.   

Nicole loves working with animals and the people who care for them. She hopes to make a difference every day! 

Mya combines her love for animals and biology together to be able to take pride in providing compassionate, attentive service to our clients and their pets. 

Daniel has been in the Vet field since he was 16 years old. He hopes to become a veterinarian one day soon!
